P1 & P2 enjoyed exploring two of the five senses touch and taste as part of our 'Marvellous Me' topic. We used the sense of touch to try and identify the mystery objects in the box. We described how they felt and lots of interesting words were used by the class such as 'squishy, hard, smooth, rough, curved, spiky and bumpy'. The boys and girls enjoyed the big reveal and chose if we wanted to explore the sense of taste trying the pineapple which was 'juicy, sweet, soft and tangy'. Until the next big reveal....
