Knocknagor brought their favourite book characters to life today to celebrate World Book Day. Everyone had such a brilliant day! We all participated in a World Book Day workout, an assembly to share our fabulous costumes, world book day activities and finishing off the day with a World Book Day Quiz- A very tight call having to end with a tie-breaker question.
The children looked fantastic and there was a real buzz around school. Each child did themselves proud with their creativity and costumes and we would just like to say a massive thank you to parents and carers for their support in making this such a wonderful day! Staff were keen to get in on the act as well, featuring some well-known book characters.
